Payment /Deposit :
Payment is made online via an invoice I send through email. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. This deposit secures your ceremony on my calendar and will be applied toward your total balance. Weddings that are in the Smoky Mountain National Park will have a higher fee/deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the ceremony unless otherwise arranged in writing. An invoice will be sent via email 1 week prior to your wedding date.

Cancellations made prior to the 30-day cancellation period will receive a full refund excluding the $50.00 deposit.
Ceremonies cancelled with in 30 days of your wedding date will not receive a refund as your date and time have been held just for you.
Officiant Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Locations:
I can perform weddings at your choice of location. Chapel, Park, Cabin, Venue, etc..

I am currently officiating small weddings and elopements only at this time. If you have questions about your ceremony size, please reach out.
After the ceremony
Once the ceremony is over, I will sign your license as the officiant and return the license to our local courthouse if this is where you received it. If you got your license from your local courthouse, I will give the license to you.
